§03Process04 steps · ~14 days

No agency theater. Just the work.

01
A walk-through, not a discovery call.
We come by the shop, drink your coffee, and figure out what you actually need. No deck, no jargon, no four-hour kickoff.
~ Day 01 · 45 min
02
A quote on a single page.
Flat fee, fixed scope, painfully clear. You sign one page; we get going. No retainer hostage situations.
~ Day 02 · Decide same week
03
Design, in two passes.
First pass nails the look. Second pass nails the words. You see real designs by day six, and we'd rather show you something than schedule a meeting.
~ Day 03 – 09 · Two reviews
04
Ship, then stay close.
We launch, hand you the keys, and stick around for a month of free tweaks. After that, fix-it Fridays at $80/h or a tiny care plan.
~ Day 10 – 14 · 30-day warranty

Booked solid for six weeks the day it went live. We had to hire two more therapists just to keep up.

§06Slow questionsThe honest answers

Things everyone asks first.

If something here isn't covered, just text us. We answer questions before we send invoices.

Do you only work with local businesses?
Mostly, yes. Spas, restaurants, mechanics, bakeries, florists, salons, bookshops — anywhere on a block with a door you can walk through. We turn down crypto, "AI" anything, and dropshippers.
How fast can you actually ship?
A landing page averages 14 days from "yes" to "live." A single ad is usually three. The bottleneck is photos and copy — if you have those, we move faster.
Will I be locked into a monthly fee?
No. Everything is flat-fee. After launch you get 30 days of free tweaks. After that, you can hire us hourly when you need us, or take a tiny care plan ($60/mo). No retainers.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. We build on tools you can actually drive — Webflow, Squarespace, or Framer depending on the job. We hand over a 10-minute Loom showing exactly how to update prices, menu items, and hours.
Do you do logos and branding?
Light brand work — wordmarks, type, color, basic system — yes. A full identity refresh, we can scope as a separate project. We won't make you a logo as a free throw-in; logos deserve their own week.
What if I hate the first design?
Tell us, plainly. We've never had a client we couldn't get to "yes" by round two. If we ever do, you get the deposit back and we part as friends.
